Rooikrans

Rooikrans is a hardwood tree and is known for its dense, durable wood which ensures a slow burn, providing sustained heat. Rooikrans is valued for its high energy content, making it an excellent choice for producing a hot and long-lasting fire. Kameeldoring

Kameeldoring is renowned for being an exceptionally hard and dense hardwood. This characteristic makes it highly prized for producing intense and long-lasting fires burning slowly and efficiently. 

Kameeldoring is known for producing minimal smoke and sparking, this quality is particularly appreciated for both indoor and outdoor fires.

Kameeldoring wood emits a distinct and pleasant aroma and almost musky fragrance.

Black Wattle

Black Wattle is an excellent slightly milder firewood. It is a softer wood, which will make igniting easier, burns quickly and emits a mild, pleasant aroma.

A favorite used for braaing, fire places or just perfect for a "kuier vuur".

Sekelbos

Sekelbos is a sought-after firewood native to Southern Africa.

Known for its hardwood qualities, it burns slowly and efficiently, producing high heat with minimal smoke.

Recognized for its pleasant aroma, Sekelbos is ideal for braaing and can be used for fireplaces.

Blue Gum (Bloekom)

Ideal for a "kuier vuur" as it is often a cheaper option compared to Rooikrans or Hard Wood like Sekel or Kameeldoring.
